Sections / Qualifying

Rookie of the Year: For My First Solo entrants only from regionals
General Solo: Anyone that qualifies via GTB, Supreme, Origin events — score of 80+ at a regional (platinum)
Duo / Trio: Anyone that qualifies via GTB, Supreme, Origin events — platinum score or higher
Miss USA Dance: Restricted to USA dancers only, must have entered Title at a regional
Mr USA Dance: Restricted to USA dancers only, must have entered Title at a regional
International Dancer of the Year: Non-USA dancers only — score of 90+ qualifies from any solo at a regional
USA Dancer of the Year: USA dancers only — score of 90+ qualifies from any solo at a regional
Groups: Anyone that qualifies via GTB, Supreme, Origin events — score of 80+ at a regional (platinum)

Age qualifying

Groups: Same as Regionals — age as at Jan 1 of event year, average age for group
Solos / Duos / Trios: Qualifying age at event attended

Prizes

Rookie / General / Duo / Trio / Groups: 1st–5th awards, non-placing medals
Miss / Mr USA Dance: Crown / cap / sash / title
Dancer of the Year: Cash prize $1,000 each winner
Groups general sections: 1st–5th awards, non-placing awards
Groups overall: Cash prizes for each age division Grand Champions

Notes

A dancer cannot win Dancer of the Year in consecutive years
Independent dancers are welcome
Groups can qualify with 1 routine and perform 5 at Nationals (5x multiple applies)
Soloists can perform 1 extra routine from what they qualify with
Routines can be different from regionals
Dancers in groups can be different from regionals
